Welcome.

It’s not always easy to hear, but who you are is largely the result of the choices you’ve made in your life. Who you are going to be is the result of the decisions you have yet to make. I’m a firm believer that one healthy choice or good decision leads to another and another setting your life in a new and better direction. In the twenty years we’ve been lucky enough to work with our patients, we’ve seen so many lives change for the better - healthier, happier, more productive and fulfilling lives that all began with one good decision . Visiting us at Brock Street Family Chiropractic could be your first step. I sincerely hope it is. - Dr. Doug Forster

Meet the team.

Dr. Doug Forster

Dr. Doug graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2001 after completing additional degrees in Human Nutrition and Biology from the University of Guelph, allowing him to approach health and wellness through a deeply integrated, science-driven lens.

Shortly upon graduating he opened Brock Street Family Chiropractic (at its original location…you guessed it, on Brock Street) with a focus on helping individuals move with ease, build strength, and better understand how lifestyle and nutrition influence their overall well-being.

Guided by a personal passion for health, wellness and vitality and a commitment to person-centred care, Dr. Doug combines a variety of chiropractic techniques with personalized treatment plans designed to support long-term healing and optimal performance delivered in a warm and welcoming environment.

Outside the clinic, he’s often exploring the outdoors on camping trips, training at his favourite local cross-fit gym, curating his ever-growing collection of music playlists, and always marvelling at his two beautiful daughters as they navigate life.
